Bath Digital Festival 2025 Closing Party

We transformed Newark Works into a vibrant playground of sound, light, and interaction to close Bath Digital Festival 2025.

As a community partner of Bath Digital Festival 2025, POLYMATHIC curated and produced the festival’s closing party event at Newark Works, transforming the upstairs space into a creative playground of performance and technology.

The night featured a dynamic audiovisual line-up, with three emerging performers, all Creative Music Technology students at Bath Spa University, sharing the stage alongside established lecturers and practitioners. This approach reflected our commitment to profiling emerging talent, showcasing established creatives, and shining a light on the cutting-edge work happening at our local university.

Audiences experienced:

- Back-to-back audiovisual sets with no changeovers, designed for maximum flow and impact.

- Creative Technology Installations by Alex Mansfield, Ola Kruk, and Emma Wilkin, encouraging audiences to engage playfully with digital art.

- A unique atmosphere where Bath’s commercial tech community met its creative community, sparking conversations and connections across disciplines.

The event closed the festival on a high, celebrating Bath’s emerging creative tech scene while positioning performative creative computing as a serious, future-facing practice.
